I have long been fascinated by what I saw as the scope of the Oberlin Project. One-time director Bryan Stubbs and I talked at length during his tenure, resulting in one or two blog posts of mine on theciviccommons.com. (Stubbs is among those who contributed to the Kickstarter campaign behind this podcast.)
Three years later, give or take, the Project is headed by Sean Hayes. My fascination with the Project may have distracted me from asking him more about how he arrived in Oberlin and his own background, but my goal was to find more ways to relate the Oberlin Project to Oberlin residents.
I’m grateful for the time and may have leads on two more interviews as a result.
Thanks Sean!
